Textiles - Ready-To-Use-Defoamers
Tramfloc® 1100TPI: Highly stabilized defoamer for use in atmospheric and pressure-jet dyeing. Good stability in salt and high pH systems.
Tramfloc® 1101TPI: Highly active silicone emulsion with maximum compatibility and shear stability. Recommended for use in jet equipment. Stable in cationic and anionic systems.
Tramfloc® 1102TPI: Organo-silicone emulsion for foam control of hot aqueous systems. Demonstrates free-rinsing properties in textile dye baths.
Tramfloc® 1103TPIE: Emulsifiable organic particulate suspension in oil. Best for beck dyeing. Dilute at room temperature. Recommended for sizes based on PVA and acrylics.
Tramfloc® 1104TPIE: High-strength emulsifiable suspensions of inorganic and organic hydrophobic particulates in oil. Suitable for jets or becks.
Tramfloc® 1105TPI: 100% active organic based defoamer. Excellent for hot aqueous systems such as pressure textile dyeing. Stable in high salt concentrations found in textile dyeing.
Tramfloc® 1106TPI: 100% active organic defoamer developed for use in liquid and dry size blends. Especially effective in partially hydrolyzed PVOH and starch based systems.
Tramfloc® 1107TPI: Similar to Tramfloc 1129IGA. Exhibits superior compatibility in liquid sizing formulations
