Foam Control Additives
Pulp and Paper Processing - Antifoams and Defoamers Tramfloc® 1150PPA: Silicone emulsion defoamer that is very effective in waste treatment or in any inside application where silicone can be tolerated. Can be used to control foam and air entrapment in cold or hot applications.
Tramfloc® 1151PPA: 100% active oil-based defoamer formulated for use in the pulp mill and screen room. Very effective product with excellent flash knockdown and stamina.
Tramfloc® 1152PPA: Low-VOC defoamer that employs next-generation synthetic chemistry to provide effective foam control without silicone or mineral oil. Excellent compatibility in paper coatings/saturants as well as strong performance in paper sizing.
Tramfloc® 1153PPA: Extremely effective 100% active organic defoamer for use in the pulp mill and screen room. Product imparts maximum defoaming and deaeration properties.
Tramfloc® 1154PPA: 100% active semi-synthetic non-silicone defoamer. Outstanding persistence and compatibility in PVAc/acrylic copolymer systems. Recommended for use in paper coatings and also for paper sizing. Very effective at low dosages. Nonionic water-dispersible defoamer which does not cause cratering or fisheyes.
Tramfloc® 1155PPA: Synthetic defoamer that contains no mineral oil. Used in paper machine, size press and effluent areas. May be used to produce the following grades of paper - fine, Kraft, recycle and tissue.
Tramfloc® 1156PPA: Low-solids organic, non-mineral oil emulsion defoamer that offers effective defoaming in various paper machine applications, including centricleaners and cyclones. This product is also very effective as a wastewater treatment defoamer at the outfall.
Tramfloc® 1157PPA: Effective water-based paper machine and effluent defoamer. Unique hydrophobe system provides rapid spreadability and defoaming efficiency.
Tramfloc® 1158PPA: Inexpensive water-based defoamer for paper machine, effluent and size press applications. High actives product that has excellent stamina and efficiency in a wide range of paper making applications.
Tramfloc® 1159PPA: Economical water-based synthetic defoamer. Used in effluent, size press, paper machine and paper coating applications. Highly effective in starch size and binder systems.
Tramfloc® 1160PPA: 100% active synthetic defoamer formulated for use as a paper machine, size press and effluent defoamer. May be used to produce the following grades of paper - fine, Kraft, recycle and tissue.
Tramfloc® 1161PPA: Synthetic organic defoamer for paper machine and size press applications. Very effective on starch and protein-based foams. This product contains no mineral oils.
Tramfloc® 1162PPA: 100% active non-silicone synthetic defoamer. Effective for use in size press operations. Highly effective at low usage levels.
