Metalworking - Antifoams and Defoamers
Tramfloc® 1115ME2: Blend of reacted hydrophobic technology that incorporates ethoxylated and propoxylated alcohols with nonionic surfactants. Provides concentrate stability and very good letdown and application foam control. Recommended for semi-synthetic and synthetic metalworking compounds as well as alkaline cleaners.
Tramfloc® 1116ME2: Aqueous dispersion of reacted homopolymer, copolymer and nonionic surfactant technology that results in a defoamer/antifoam that is useful in soluble oils, semi-synthetic, synthetics and vegetable oil-based metalworking compounds. Effective in alkaline cleaners and may be diluted with water to make a tank-side additive defoamer.
Tramfloc® 1117ME2: Alkoxylated copolymer compounded with a unique hydrophobe to provide excellent surface tension modification to eradicate foam. Highly compatible in semi-synthetic and synthetic metalworking compounds.
Tramfloc® 1118ME2: Alkoxylated copolymer compounded with a unique hydrophobe that offers maximum foam control for semi-synthetic and synthetic metalworking fluids. Displays a high level of concentrate stability.
Tramfloc® 1119ME2: Aqueous dispersion of alkoxylated hydrophobes and nonionic surfactants producing a defoamer/antifoam system that offers maximum compatibility in most metalworking systems.
Tramfloc® 1120ME2: New generation of blended ultrafine particles in an alkoxylated hydrophobe base to provide maximum foam control and compatibility in synthetic metalworking compounds.
Tramfloc® 1121ME2: Aqueous dispersion of reacted homopolymer, copolymer and nonionic surfactant technology that results in a defoamer/antifoam useful in semi-synthetic and synthetic metalworking compounds.
Tramfloc® 1122ME2: Blend of nonionic surfactants and ethoxylated alcohols that produces a reacted hydrophobe technology offering excellent foam control and concentrate stability.
Tramfloc® 1123ME2: General-purpose defoamer that is effective and stable in electrolytic and alkaline solutions. May be used as a tank-side additive to control foam.
Tramfloc® 1124ME2: Economical defoamer formed from microfine particles for tankside, soluble oils and alkaline cleaners.
Tramfloc® 1125ME2: Highly efficient defoamer/antifoam that works well in metalworking concentrates, but also as a tank-side additive for foam control. Very efficient and stable in cleaners with extreme pH (2-14).
Tramfloc® 1126ME2: Efficient defoamer for use in formulated cleaners. Stable and effective in electrolytic solutions as well as pH sensitive systems.
Tramfloc® 1127ME2: Effective low solids defoamer/antifoam that works well in metalworking concentrates and as a tank-side additive for foam control.
